Conveniently located at the fringe of the city center and close to established developments, Paya Lebar Square is a 10-storey premium-grade office building. In addition to a 3-storey retail podium with ready access to a MRT interchange station.
With the careful consideration for operational and maintenance sustainability, we were awarded the contract for Paya Lebar Square. Ultimate worked closely with the architect to design, build and install the facade and building identity signs as well as internal wayfinding signage, building directories and advertising panels.
